Failure to acknowledge receipt of this addendum shall result in a status of non-responsive.

4. Add Attached Schedule of Secondary Schools Summer Programs 2008 dated May 28, 2008, 2 pages;
a. Bidders shall consider the 2008 Summer Program Schedules and shall be required to avoid work in areas
where student activities are in progress. There shall be no-work in areas occupied by Students. The SCCPSS
shall make every reasonable attempt to isolate work areas from Student activities. The SCCPSS will make the School sites
available to the Contractor Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. No work will be allowed
on Sundays or Holidays. The successful Bidder(s) shall be required to develop a work schedule by
School indicating planned work areas, and days/hours of work. Areas to be occupied by Student
activities shall be left secure and safe at close of work each day.
