This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to award on an All or None basis the following items: CLIN 0001 - A quantity of four (4) Panasonic Portable P2 Solid-State Memory Recorder w/ nine-inch LCD, RS-422, HD/SDI I/O; CLIN 0002 - A quantity of four (4) Panasonic AVC Intra Option Board for AJHPM110; CLIN 0003 A quantity of sixteen (16) Panasonic 32GB P2 Cards. These particular manufactured items are to support WPML testing as there is only one recorder available that is compatible with existing hardware to fulfill the requirement.
The items quoted must be the exact items specified above; substitutes are not acceptable. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The closing date will be 19 August 2008 with an anticipated award date of 21 August 2008. All items will be priced FOB destination, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. The Government will not issue a written request for quotation, as the items are identified in this notice.
