The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement to supplement its on site staff of video producers, directors and technical professional staff located in Quantico, Virginia, at the FBI Academy. Commercial services are needed to provide additional technical production staff, actors, voice talent, equipment, set design and construction, web-hosting services, and other related video production and post production services as needed. The types of productions that may need support include instructional videos, live multi-cast events, demonstration videos, scenarios, and other videos in support of classroom instruction. The FBI intends to award an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price Labor Hour contract. The resultant contract will have a base year and four, one year option periods. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is available only in electronic format on the Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fedbizopps.gov, and will be available July 22, 2008. Offerors may submit questions or clarification requests until Tuesday, August 5, 2008, 2:00 PM, EDT, to meinspahr@fbiacademy.edu. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. Quotes are due Thursday, August 21, 2008, at 10:00 AM, EDT. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to receiving an award. Interested parties are encouraged to review the website at www.fedbizopps.gov for changes to the solicitation.
