THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN, OKINAWAPREFECTURE. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED TO OPERATE IN THE COUNTRYOF JAPAN. MAINTENANCE SERVICES WHCHI SHALL BE PROVIDED LOCALLY WILL BE REQUIREDDURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.
The Government may make single award to the responsible offer(s) which is/are the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of best valueevaluation process.
