Description
--The Information Technology E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4), intends to extend the current contract number W91QUZ-05-C-0032 on a sole source basis, with Scheduled Airlines Traffic Offices, Inc. (SATO) a large business -- for t he acquisition of official travel management and related additional services on a point of sale basis, to support official travel activities of authorized Department of Defense ( DoD ) travelers who are supported by organizations within Defense Travel Regi on 6 (DTR 6) -- or who are assigned to the following DoD agencies: Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Office (DPMO), Defense Information Service Agency (DISA), Denver, CO, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Mid Atlantic and Central Region, Defens e Logistic Agency (Hawaii and Pacific), and Business Transformation Agency (BTA), Crystal City, VA. Official travel is travel (includes TDY, PCS, evacuation, travel by Reserve Component members, and civilians on invitational travel orders) in connection w ith official business of the United States Government and performed under orders at the expense of federal appropriated and nonappropriated funds. These travel management services shall be provided using both traditional methods and automated methods usin g the Defense Travel System (DTS) web portal. The period of performance is for a period of six months beginning 1 April 2008 thru 30 September 2008, including 6 one (1) month option periods.
