The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,323 rentable square feet in Syracuse, New York within the following delineated area:
Location: Within the central business area of Syracuse, NY
North: I-690
South: East Adams Street
East: I-81
West: West Street

The space should yield approximately 2,020 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, cancelable after five (5) years on 90 days written notice and should be fully serviced. Covered parking is required for five (5) vehicles. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than August 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
