The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 5,231 rentable square feet in Bellingham, Washington. The space should yield between 4,549 rentable square feet to 5,231 BOMA usable square feet. Secure, Reserved, Inside Parking is required for a minimum of 11 government vehicles. The leased space should be in close proximity to the airport in the following delineated area:
North: Slater Road
South: F Street
East: Meridian Street
West: Bellingham Bay
The proposed lease is for Ten (10) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
