Sealed bids, in single for the Cutler Apartments Remodel Project will be received by the University of Alaska, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at the Office of Division of Design and Construction, 590 University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Fairbanks, Alaska, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of:
Remodeling 7 apartments in the Cutler Apartment Complex on the UAF Campus. Remodels include, but are not limited to, new kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting and finishes.

Invitation for Bids may be obtained from the Office of Division of Design and Construction, 590 University Avenue, 2nd Floor, Fairbanks, Alaska, upon receipt of $25 per set which IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Checks are to be made payable to the University of Alaska. Requests for documents to be mailed MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $20 per set to cover postage and handling which IS NOT REFUNDABLE. A Pre-bid will be held on Monday, May 4, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Office of Division of Design and Construction.
