The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit industry comments and recommendations with regards to the development of a DRO National Transportation Contract. Additionally, suggestions on a contract model, pricing strategy, examples of successful and existing contract models, contractor capabilities, and interest in competing for this proposal are also solicited. If sufficient interest is received, ICE may schedule an Industry Day to provide additional background information and respond to specific questions.
