Description
This modification is only to correct the response date to 3/21/2008.
This project is a request for quotations to provide health occupations instruction, work experience and job placement to students at the Pine Ridge Job Corps, Chadron, Nebraska. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. One instructor must be a Registered Nurse and the other must be a Licensed Practical Nurse. Both must be certified in the state of Nebraska as a Primary Instructor for Certified Nursing Assistant Course. Previous teaching experience is preferred. All other requirements are included in the solicitation, which shall be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website for downloading. The performance period is 365 calendar days; July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, for the base period with 4 option year periods. The NAICS code is 611519. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. This project is 100% Set-Aside for small business. The estimated price range for the base year is between $100,000 and $250,000.
