This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase Request number W90EG58164B001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 27 June 2008, 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). The bid must include all required administrative/training material excluding Class VIII items. The bid must include the cost of contractor travel, transportation, meals and lodging.
The students must be certified as Combat Life Savers with a certificate that will be recognized by the U.S. Army.

The offeror must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR).
