AMEDD Center and School, Fort Sam Houston, TX Educational Affiliation Services (Cytotechnology)
The MEDCOM Health Care Acquisition Activity, Center for Health Care Contracting, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a non-personal services contract for affiliation with an educational institution to provide a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a major in Cytotechnology to all students successfully completing the Interservice Cytotechnology Program (ICP). The requirement also includes, enrollment services, academic record maintenance and to provide two (2) distance learning courses HSCI 104, Management of Health Science Services and HSCI 112F Writing in the Health Management of Health Sciences. The base period of performance will be from 1 August 2008 through 31 July 2009 with four 1-year options through 31 July 2013. This competitive procurement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611710. The small business size standard for this requirement is $6,500,000.00. The solicitation W81K04-08-T-0008 will be issued without further notice on or about 7 May 2008 and will be available for downloading through FedBizOpps (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/).
