Conduct a feasibility study by engaging with the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity to gather the data to assess the Ministry s communications capabilities. Such a study would assess the condition of the transmission system with respect to control and communications (including the communication system for Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)) with a focus on technologies appropriate to current and near-term Iraqi needs, and that can be integrated with current ME technology and available equipment.
