The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting Office, Washington D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health services within a five-mile radius of the Residential Reentry Center (RRC)/home confinement located at 1101 Union Ave., Bakersfield, California 93301. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year base period beginning on October 01, 2008 to September 30, 2009 and will have four (4) one year option periods with service ending (if all option years are renewed) on September 30, 2013.
