The purpose of the requirement is for the contractor to deisgn, develop, and prepare Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) refresher training for the Consumer Expenditure Survey. The contractor will develop a first draft upon which comments will be incorporated into a second draft of all materials, prior to finalizing documents for printing. A verbatim training guide will be developed along with a classroom workbook and any other supplementary materials deemed necessary by the survey sponsor.
Interested vendors should have the following unique experience, expertise, and qualifications:
Preparing Consumer Expenditure (CE) Survey training materials.
Experience with Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) materials survey program.
Develop timelines for preparing training packages
Prepare classroom training packages and home studies used to train U.S. Census Bureau representatives for current surveys
Communicate with sponsors, both internal and those from other agencies for input in developing the training packages, incorporating their input into the training.
