| The Superior Court of California, County of San Francisco, Traffic Division, seeks a qualified non-profit agency pursuant to California Vehicle Code (CVC ) 11205.2 to provide traffic violator school processing, administration and monitoring services. The successful contractor shall provide traffic school administration and monitoring services on behalf of the San Francisco Superior Court, Traffic Division, Hall of Justice, 850 Bryant Street, Room 101, San Francisco, CA 94103, or as directed by the Court. The Traffic School Monitoring Program works in cooperation with the San Francisco Superior Court, and the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to ensure that the DMV-licensed classroom traffic violator schools and Court-approved internet study traffic schools participating in and for the San Francisco Superior Court jurisdiction operate in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. TSM monitors classroom operations of traffic violator schools, network operations and course instruction of internet study traffic schools, business office practices, and investigates all consumer complaints pertaining to traffic violator schools and internet study traffic schools. |
