| This Amendment is to extend the current Traffic Safety Media Buyer contract from August 30, 2008 to December 31, 2008. The Amendment will allow the Agency/Buyer to continue services until the new Statewide PR Contract is in place which is expected to be by January 1, 2009.
The contract allows the Vendor to distribute Traffic Safety advertising materials from the Agency/Buyer for television, radio, and print media and to purchase advertisement time and space to reach the Agency/Buyer's target audience.
The FY2008 renewal was for $3,685,500.00. The $400,000.00 reflects approximately 10% of the contract award. The renewal notice award number is 22014023. |
