The Colorado Army National Guard has a requirement for a farm/agricultural tractor, farm loader, front mounted heavy duty 9' blade, and a front mounted heavy duty 9' snow blower. All items provided by the contractor will be new and not previously used items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business and no other quotes will be considered. This solicitation is made on a name brand or equal basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). Quotes by interested parties are being accepted at this time and must be received by 17 Sep 2008 at 5:00pm MST. All offerors must be Central Contractor Registered at http://www.ccr.gov/ by date of submitted quote.
