Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a Sole-Source Purchase order to PINNACLE TOWERS LLC, 2000 CORPORATE DR, CANONSBURG, PA 15317-8564, to renew existing lease for antenna site space rental at the following four locations:
1. Old Tyler Road, Birmingham, AL,
2. Montcreast Drive Se, Huntsville, AL,
3. 3019 Hand Avenue, Mobile AL
4. Fort Deposit, Greenville. AL.
The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Substitutions will not be accepted. This service is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.5. The notice of intent is not a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. IRS will consider all written responses received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST, October 7, 2008. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to PINNACLE TOWERS LLC. Note 22 apply.
