Best Value Source Selection will be used to select the awardee. Selection factors will be price & past performance. Proposers will have to demonstrate proven past performance in marine construction of a similar size
(I.e. $1,000,000 to 5,000,000 Million).
The estimated cost of this procurement is between $1,000,000, and $5,000,000.
Performance period is One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
