Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for Mass Communications € A/V Upgrades, Rooms 257, 258, 276 will be received by Kirk Meadows, Section Manager, in the Contracting Office, Texas Tech University, 15th & University, 361 Drane Hall, Box 41094, Lubbock, Texas 79409-1094 until 3:30 p.m., August 14, 2008. All proposals submitted after 3:30 p.m. and until 4:00 p.m., local time, on August 14, 2008, will be received by Kirk Meadows, Section Manager, in the auditorium, Room 09, of the Physical Plant, Flint and Main Street, on the Texas Tech University campus. Subsequently, proposals will be publicly opened. Any proposal received after the proposal opening will be returned unopened. Mailed proposals should be addressed to Section Manager € Office of Contracting, Texas Tech University, 15th & University, Box 41094, Lubbock, Texas 79409-1094. The proposer must show the name and address of proposer with the notation € Texas Tech University - Mass Communications € A/V Upgrades, Rooms 257, 258, 276 € clearly marked on the face of the sealed envelope. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all sealed proposals and to waive any or all formalities.
