Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for Office of Admissions € Lease of Fleet Vehicles will be received electronically at https://sciquest.ionwave.net/prod/default.aspx?company=ttus. Electronic submission is the preferred method. For proposers needing to submit by mail/delivery, please submit to Jennifer Adling, Director, Purchasing & Contracting Office, Texas Tech University, 15th & University, 361 Drane Hall, Box 41094, Lubbock, Texas 79409-1094 until 4:00 p.m., August 8, 2008. The proposer must show the name and address of proposer with the notation € Texas Tech University - Office of Admissions € Lease of Fleet Vehicles € clearly marked on the face of the sealed envelope.
Subsequently, proposals will be publicly identified and logged into the TechBid website. Any proposal received after the proposal opening time and date (by either submission method) will be rejected as material failure. Answers to all proposer questions that are deemed not answered in the proposal specifications will be answered in the form of addenda posted on the Texas Tech Electronic bidding (TechBid) and Texas Marketplace websites.
