Texas Woman € s University SCOPE OF PROJECT- is creating a New home for TWU € Dallas Center Institute of Health Sciences. The overall project will be issued as several separate Bid Packages with this Bid Package being the first phase. The Design Team lead by HKS, Inc. has developed a full set of construction documents. The Construction Documents and this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposal constitute the Invitation which will be the only procurement method utilized for the selection of the General Contractor. TWU will evaluate the Proposals based on the criteria established in this document and will rank the Offerors by Best Value. The Work, (Scope) in general, consists of demolition of site utilities, relocation of site utilities and demolition of site features to accommodate relocation site utilities. Major scope items include relocation of cooling tower and structure, removal of existing transformer and locating new transformer, installation of new gas, water and fire water lines.
