| Invitation for bid for the Renovation of the Student Services Center
Project Location: Texas State Technical College Waco campus located at 3801 Campus Dr., Waco, Texas 76705.
The renovation specifications consists of general renovation of approximately 12,000 square feet of interior space as well as the addition of new concrete stairs, ramps and parking lot restriping. The project includes two phases, as delineated in the drawings. The Contractor should allow up to two (2) weeks between the end of Phase I and the beginning of Phase II. During construction, the remainder of the building will remain in operation.
