Closing time for the receipt of the sealed Competitive Proposals and HSP Plan is 2:00 PM. The Competitive Sealed Proposal method of procurement requires multiple submittals of Proposal Sections as set forth in the Supplemental Instructions for Competitive Sealed Proposals of the Contract Documents. After receiving all parts of the Proposals, the Owner will evaluate and rank each proposal submitted in relation to the published selection criteria. The Owner will select the Proposal that offers the best value to Texas A&M; University-Kingsville base on the selection criteria and on the ranking evaluation.
