Scope of Work
Base Bid: Furnish labor, materials and equipment
necessary for repairs to approximately
3,800 sq. ft. of existing asphalt parking lot
and drives in accordance with the attached
specifications.
Alternate 1: Furnish labor, materials, and
equipment necessary for the installation of
approximately 42,500 sq. ft. of seal coat
within existing parking lot and drives
(including a section thru back gate) in
accordance with the attached specifications.
Alternate 2: Furnish all labor, materials
and equipment necessary for the installation
of traffic markings and striping within
existing parking lot and drives similar to
existing and in accordance with the attached
specifications.

Bids will be received until 2:00p.m.,
August 25, 2008, at which time they will
be publicly opened and read. Bid documents
