The bid opening will be held at 2:00 p.m. in Room 149. A PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at Terrell State Hospital, 1200 E. Brin, Terrell, TX 75160, telephone 972- 563-6452, in the Maintenance Building 545. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Plans and specifications will be available Monday, June 23, 2008, from Schirmer Engineering Corp., 1701 N. Collins Blvd., Suite 235, Dallas, TX 75080, telephone 972-234-1617. A $75.00 deposit is required. Work consists of adding a fire protection sprinkler system in Bldg.691 at Terrell State Hospital. Bids will be received in accordance with State Procedures.
