FY08 Roads and Parking Repairs

Details:

Construction shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Removal and reuse of existing paving surfaces and base material in Parking Lots A and B. Reinforcing textile installation and two inches of asphalt top coat on lots A and B. Striping of lots A and B and campus roadways. Partial seal coat of Lot B and seal coat of campus roads. Bidding Documents are available and may be obtained from the Facilities Management and Construction Division, 2700 Bay Area Blvd., Houston, Texas 77058-1098 - Telephone (281) 283-2250. Prospective bidders may acquire sets of the bidding documents for their use in preparation of a bid for this work at the cost of $25 per set (Non-Refundable). Make check or money order payable to the University of Houston - Clear Lake. Such amount covers the partial cost of printing and handling. There is no expressed or im plied use of these documents for any other purpose than bidding the described work. All rights to use of the documents for this project are retained by the University of Houston - Clear Lake. If it is desired that the plans be mailed, add $5 to the above cost.
