FY 2008 - EMERGENCY SHELTER SERVICES FOR YOUTH COMMITTED TO TYC

THE DELIVERY DATE AND OPEN DATE REPRESENT THE TIME SPAN DURING STATE FISCAL YEAR 2008 IN WHICH A CONTRACT MAY BE EFFECT. CONTRACTS MAY BE AWARDED FOR SERVICES AS THE NEED ARISES. MULTIPLE CONTRACTS, INCLUDING RENEWALS, MAY BE AWARDED THROUGHOUT STATE FISCAL YEAR 2008 UNTIL THE OPEN DATE HAS BEEN REACHED OF THE AGENCY NEEDS ARE MET. The TYC contract for services also includes certifications, requirements, and provisions that must be obtained and maintained throughout the contract period. Detailed infroamtion is available from the TYC specialist. Services may commence on or after September 1, 2007. After the TYC assessment, a Statement of Work narrative is required from the program describing the delivery of services. A budget that corresponds with the Statement of Work narrative is also required. Description of Services Provide emergency shelter services 24 hours a day. 7 days a week for female/male youth committed to TYC and determined appropriate for an emergency shelter.
