| ERS is soliciting a statement of work for the following project:
ERS has implemented Eagle STAR accounting and is now ready to move
forward with the implementation of Eagle PACE performance, which
was originally intended to be phase II but is now considered
phase III of the initial Eagle Implementation Project. The high
level objectives of this project can be broken into two categories:
1. ERS requires to utilize the reporting functionality in PACE to
report on historical transactions. To accomplish this requirement,
the historical transaction data from PORTIA, ERS € legacy investment
accounting system, needs to be loaded into the data warehouse in
Eagle PACE. The time span for the historical data is ten years
starting from September 1, 1998. 2. Implement Core Performance.
