The Naval Inventory Control Point is soliciting for a Repair Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). This contract will include a three year base at an estimated dollar value of $4.5 million. Complete data, drawings and the rights to the same are not available from the government. The subject items require government source approval prior to contract award, as the items are considered flight critical and the technical data package is not available. Only the source(s) previously approved by the government for this item have been solicited. The time required approval for a new source is normally such that an award can not be delayed pending approval of a new source.
