REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 7,120 USF/8,188 RSF ANSI/BOMA area square feet of contiguous office and related space, in Rochester, NY. Surface parking is required for four government vehicles. Requested space must be fully-serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, and meet The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/ The Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for occupancy by March, 1, 2009. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.

DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within the following boundaries:

Airport Way from end to Terminal Circle, Airport Road East From Terminal Circle to Scottsville Road, Buell Road from Terminal Circle to Chili Avenue, Chili Avenue from Buell Road to Brooks Avenue, Brooks Avenue from Chili Avenue to Buell Road.

LEASE TERM: Lease term is seven (7) years with a firm term of three (3) years.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, June 30th. Expressions of interest should include building name and address or map coordinates for proposed tract, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet, and contact information for owner or authorized agent.
