NOTICE TO PROVIDERS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Pursuant to Chapter 103D-304, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Hawaii Criminal Justice Data Center (HCJDC), Department of the Attorney General is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional services for technical and application support services related to the computerized systems operated by the HCJDC.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES REQUIRED

The HCJDC manages business systems that are critical to law enforcement and public safety in Hawaii, using various technologies and platforms. In order to support these systems at the level of functionality, performance, and availability required by agencies that use these systems, the HCJDC is seeking partners to provide computer hardware, software, and network related professional services that will complement and extend the technical support and application development capabilities of the Data Center staff and other resources available internally.

TIME PERIOD FOR SERVICES

The services required for assistance with these technical and application support requirements will be needed between July, 2008, and June, 2010.

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

Interested vendors shall provide a Statement of Qualifications, which shall include the following:

1. Name of vendor and business address.

2. Name of contact person, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address if available.

3. Description of experience in any or all the following areas:

a. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for IBM AIX Technical Support.

b. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for IBM DB2/UDB Technical Support.

c. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for Microsoft SQL Server Technical Support.

d. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for Cisco Networking Technical Support.

e. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for CJIS-HAWAII Software Maintenance and Support.

f. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for Systems Architecture and Database Design.

g. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for Lights Out Transaction Controller Software Maintenance and Support.

h. Knowledge and experience related to the qualifications listed below for Message Broker Software Maintenance and Support.

4. Qualifications may be submitted for each area where vendor knowledge and experience applies.

5. Up to five (5) references for the applicable experience areas requested above, including contact names and phone numbers.

6. Resumes of staff that would be involved in providing the required services.

7. An original and four (4) copies of the Statement of Qualifications must be submitted.

8. Promotional material for the vendor may also be included.
