Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) seeks to determine the amount of interest in the security community to provide installation, maintenance, and monitoring of intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and fire control systems for FDIC offices located nationwide. The selection process for this requirement will consider if the firm has the resources available to perform services on a national and/or regional basis in accordance with the attached locations and questions for this Request for Information (RFI)
The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI)is to:
*Gain knowledge of potential qualified sources.
*Identify potential sources that have the capability to perform Nationwide intrusion detection systems, access control systems, and fire control systems in questions listed below:

Questions for Request for Information (RFI)
1. Identify the locations and capabilities of all of your firm?s offices in the United States.
2. Identify all the FDIC locations that your firm can provide all of the required services outlined in the attached statement of work (SOW).
3. Can your firm monitor burglar, cellular, and fire alarms for all FDIC locations in accordance with the SOW?
4. Does your firm have a General Services Administration (GSA) Contract for the goods and/or services specified on the SOW?
5. Does your firm have the ability to utilize various GSA Contracts to acquire the goods and/or services specified in the SOW?
6. Is your firm qualified and/or certified to perform installations, upgrades, and de-installations on the equipment specified in the SOW?
7. Is your firm qualified and/or certified to perform maintenance, service calls, and emergency service calls on the equipment specified in the SOW?
8. Can your firm meet the response time (same day or next day) for maintenance and/or service calls to all FDIC locations? If not, identify the FDIC locations that your firm can meet the response time.
9. Can your firm meet the response time (four hours) for Emergency Services to all FDIC locations? If not, identify the FDIC locations that your firm can meet the response time.
