by the HQ USAINSCOM, Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: CDR HQUSAINSCOM 9801 Dalrymple road Bldg 712 Fort Belvoir, VA 22060-5435. The Govt intends to award a sole source contract (FAR Part 13.5) for the above products and services to the firm of Transformational Security, LLC. Note: This firm is the sole developer as well as sole manufacturer/distributor of these Polygraph items. The proposed contract action is for training services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. DELIVERY: 20 June 2008. All responses received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
