numbers for the highway locations included in the Invitation to Bid. |

| Opportunity Summary |
ODOT is requesting bids for the removal of numerous trees and woody debris on and along
ODOT Right Of Way (ROW) that have been identified by ODOT and the State Forester as needing
to be removed. Work includes, but is not limited to:
1. Remove and dispose of all woody debris on ODOT Right Of Way as directed by Project
Manager.
2. If applicable, leave stumps 12" to 24" from grade level, or as directed by Project
Manager.
3. Clean up all brush created from activity as directed by Project Manager.
4. Remove all woody debris from ditch lines or debris that could fall into ditch lines, and
restore ditch to original grade.
5. Perform traffic control as required.
6. Unless otherwise identified under Work Restrictions, work hours will be Monday through
Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The following list includes the highways (in priority order) within ODOT District 1
identified for debris removal and disposal activities under this Contract.

- US30, LOWER COLUMBIA RIVER HWY. (HWY. 2W)

- OR103, FISHHAWK FALLS HIGHWAY
- OR202, NEHALEM HWY. (HWY. 102)
