Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ) for a T-Wall system, a Traq3D system, a Monitor, and installation and training for the system. The Traq3D is an interactive sport simulator. The T-Wall is a 64-screen interactive light system. The monitor shall be an LCD monitor, 42 inches or larger, or a projector. Training shall take no less than one hour. Installation shall be at Fort Campbell, KY. Vendors shall quote on exact matches only for the Traq3D and T-Wall systems.

This is an unrestricted requirement. Quotes shall be submitted no later than 1500 CST, 17 July 2008. Quotes must be valid for thirty (30) days after due date. Any amendment(s) issued to this RFQ will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339920.
