The VA Boston Healthcare System intends to negotiate and procure the Aquarius TT Premier Wireless Urodynamcs System. The said system must have the following characters:
Reverse Compatible UDS Software
Must be able to integrate the TETRATM-NIRS (Near Infrared Spectroscopy) system that analyzes bladder activity using non-invasive laser patch technology
Sample rates of EMG can go as high as 5000 Hz to ensure that all sphincter motor activity is captured.
VBN Modelized Analysis software based on ICS Physiological Model of the lower Urinary tract using the formulas exclusively provided by Valentini, Besson, and Nelson, et. Al.
Ability to share data with other local VA Medical Centers including: Albany, NY; Brooklyn, NY; Syracuse, NY; Togus, ME; West Haven, CT; White River Junction, VT as well as the major Urological Teaching Centers in Boston such as Boston Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess, Brigham & Womens and Mass General Hospital.
No telephone requests will be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements and our Solicitation No. VA-241-08-RQ-0500.
