A tender contained in the sealed envelope provided by the Undersigned and plainly marked "Tender No. 8-0139" will be received up to 2:00 p.m. C.S.T., Tuesday, February 19, 2008, for the work described.

Interested bidders may obtain Tender Documents, Specifications and Drawings on or after 3:00 p.m. C.S.T., Tuesday, February 05, 2008, at Purchasing Services.

A formal site inspection of Clarifier #3 will be carried out at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Interested bidders and suppliers are asked to meet at the main doors of the Water Treatment Plant (Avenue H access) to tour the Clarifier #3 job site.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
