Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W81K02-08-R-0226 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The NAICS code for this procurement is 325414 and the SIC Code is 2836. The small business standard is 500. Brief Description: TB Reagents and Stains. All prospective offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Offers may register online at https://www.ccr.gov. This is a brand name or equal acquisition. Delivery shall be DIRECT to Tripler AMC, Hawaii and shall occur 30 to 60 Days after receipt of contract/award. The Pacific Regional Contracting Office intends to award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. The solicitation is available on ASFI at website: https//acquisition.army.mil.
