Description:	The Mental Health Department is seeking one qualified substance abuse prevention program evaluator for a program targeted to adolescents with a history of alcohol and drug use. Evaluation will provide information to the County about program changes; the impact of services; and help in future planning. The evaluator must have experience in evaluation prevention program.
