Description: The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications from architectural/engineering firms for the provision of storm water management modeling services and services in support of the existing City VPDES MS4 Permit, and to assist the City in the VPDES MS4 permit annual reporting and other water quality issues. Services will include, but may not be limited to, developing watershed models and GIS mapping using the City s computer SWMM based storm water management model, updating existing watershed models with respect to the City s Comprehensive Plan, interpretation of storm water quality wet weather monitoring data and generation of pollutant loading, dry weather field screening, and general hydrological/hydraulic analysis and design of storm water management infrastructure. Services will be provided under an annual services contract, renewable annually for two additional years for a total term of three years. The maximum amount for any work order is $200,000 with an annual maximum of $1,000,000.	Closing Date: 5/9/2008
