Synopsis:

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 115 Fighter Wing is soliciting quotes for a Storage Shelter, to be delivered to the Wisconsin Air National Guard, Truax Field, Madison WI 53704. This requirement is 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE acquisition. The NAICS code is 493110 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 4225 applies to the procurement. The contractor shall provide the items listed with in the specification OR EQUAL; Final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer. The offeror shall include descriptive literature such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item being offered. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912J2-08-T-1011. FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. SEE FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. CLIN 0001- (1) each Shelter-48 Wide X 100 Long X 18 Center Height X 11 Side wall. 18 OZ. cover. Color: beige, flame retardant PVC fabric with polyester scrim. Fabric should meet NFPA 701. Frame members: 18 heavy wall galvanized tubular steel truss design. Base system should allow the shelter to be built on a dirt, gravel, asphalt, or concrete foundation. Anchors shall be provided for a gravel, dirt or asphalt foundation. Fabric should end at the ground level. All weld joints should be coated with 97% zinc cold gal for corrosion protection. All connections via a slip fit and bolted junction. Optonal: 400 Watt metal halide lights. To include hangars, switch, 100A panel box, RELOC wiring, etc. CLIN 0002- (2) each End Panels - Two access end panels each having a 12 wide x 12 tall fabric entry door. Color: beige. This door will raise and lower vertically within a track via a manually operated hand winch assembly. Option price an electric winch. Also include two aluminum entry personnel doors. CLIN 0003 Installation and Technical Assistance. CLIN 0004-Shipping. Items are to be delivered FOB Destination within 60 days ARO to the following address: 115MXG, 3110 Mitchell Street, Madison, WI 53704.
