This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ FA4800-09-Q-CH02 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26,. This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 531130 with a $25.5 million size standard. This RFQ contains line items 0001 & 0002. The Contractor is to provide off base storage units ( 8 units each- 9 x 23 and 4 units each - 5 x 12, climate controlled) Facility must be gated with a security alarm and have keypad pin access. The governement will provide its own locks. This requirement may be required for up to one year, however the government has the option to discontinue services at any time. Facitlity must be in Hampton, Virginia. The line item descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001 - Storage Facility, quantity: 12 U/I: Months. End line item description. FOB point is Destination. The required period of performance is 01 October 2008 through 30 September 2009. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES.
