THIS PROCURMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS UNDER NAICS CODE 423830 (SIC 5084) WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF 100 employes.
The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Geotechnical and Structures Laboratory (GSL) has a need for a Steam Curing System. The selected vendor shall furnish a steam generator unit and a steam curing enclosure as described in the detailed Specifications (available on or about 05 February 2008). The steam genera tor shall be a portable self-contained unit on a skid-mounted base, and the curing enclosure shall be designed to the dimensions listed in the Specifications. The vendor shall provide all material and hardware necessary to erect the enclosure, which includ es but is not limited to, all screws, flashing, trim, panels, etc. The vendor shall provide erection drawings that clearly describe the layout and details necessary to install the steam generator and erect the enclosure. The vendor is not responsible for a ccessories necessary to supply natural gas fuel and water supply to the self contained steam generator unit such as plumbing and valves. Vendor is also not responsible for equipment and labor necessary to erect the enclosure.
