The Forest Service has a need for the Stanislaus NF Recreation Residence Fee Appraisals.
A self-contanined appraisal report(s) to appraise identified typical lot(s) within each recreation residence tract on the Stanislaus NF. Estimated market value provides the basis for use fee determination for the next 10 years. Appraisals for this assignment are directed through the Cabin Users Fair Fee Act of 2000. Assignment includes 26 tracts, 60 typical lots, and 745+/- permit holders.
Recreation Residence tracts located throughout the Stanislaus NF; Lake Alpine - Bear Valley - Tyrone Meadows areas, Pinecrest along Hwy 108 to Kennedy Meadows, and off of Hwy 120 and 12; close to Hetch Hetchy Station. Pincrest Tract has 28 of the 60 typical lots; some are hike and boat-in only. Specifications will be posted by July 16, 2008.
