Synopsis:

The Federal Correctional Complex, Oakdale, Louisiana is requesting offers under RFQ-51803-0016-8 for the purchase of (41) stainless steel toilets and lavatories, and various other plumbing parts and supplies. This solicitation is for a Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Items, Single Award Contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following information will serve as the solicitation and no other information will be sent out unless specifically requested by calling or faxing a request to Leon Smith at (318) 335-4070 ext. 4100 or fax at (318) 215-2607. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government. The proposed cost or price must include all associated charges or fees and delivery cost (FOB Destination) to Oakdale, Louisiana at East Whatley Road. Contractor must deliver these plumbing fixtures within thirty (16) weeks from date of award. All offers must be received by the Contracting Officer No Later Than 4:00 PM, CST, on April 2, 2008.
