Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), number 08SQ340062. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-22. This requirement is under North American Industrial Classification System code is 423510, and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. Elbow, Sch. 10S, SA-403 WP-304L-W, 3 each, Mill Test Report Required Clin 5 - 12" 45? Elbow, Sch. 10S, SA-403 WP-304L-W, 2 each, Mill Test Report Required Clin 6 - 12" 90? Elbow, Short Radius, Sch. 10S, SA-403 WP-304L-W, 4 each, Mill Test Report Required Clin 7 - 12" 90? FOB Point is the Bureau of Reclamation, Warehouse, 7301 Calle Agua Salada, Yuma, AZ 85364. Effective October 1, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. You may register by going to www.ccr.gov. You will need your Dun & Bradstreet number and banking information. The FAR provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items is applicable. The Government will evaluate the quote based on price and demonstrated ability to meet the delivery schedule and the above listed Government requirement, each being equal in importance. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the FAR provisions at 52.212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR Clause 52.212-04, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items are applicable. FAR Clause 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable, and the following additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable: 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-50, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, and 52.232-33.
