This Amendment is to incorporate the following changes in the solicitation. Below is a list of the items that have been revised/added and where you can locate those items in this solicitation.
Special Insturctions added to the Special Instructions: Additional Special Instructions, Attachments to be Submitted, and Payment Discounts.
Special Terms and Conditions added to the Special Terms and Conditions: Estimated Quantities (General), Insurance - Standard Service Contract, and Price Adjustment.
The Scope of Work has been revised and is changed herein. The revised Scope of Work is located in the attachment section, and by the Scope/Specification Tab of the Solicitation and is titled SCOPE OF WORK LASER PRINTER SUPPLIES 1.doc
Response Form 1 has been revised and is changed herein. The revised Response Form 1 is located in the Attachment section of the Solicitation and is titled Response Form 1 - Manufacturer Laser Final 1.doc
