This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number is BEA-01; it is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 711219- Other Spectator Sports (size standard of $6.5M).

This Blanket Purchase Agreement resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation includes sports officials for the following sports in accordance with the attached Statement of Work: flag football, soccer, softball, volleyball, and basketball.

The duration of the Blanket Purchase Agreement will be 15 July 2008 through 14 July 2013. The place of performance will be various athletic facilities on Beale AFB, CA. The specific location and dates/times of service will be indicated in calls placed against the resulting Blanket Purchase Agreement.

Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, with offers.
